ARIES requires one Senior Research Fellow (SRF) in the monthly fellowship of Rs. 42000 + admissible HRA as per the institute norms, in the project “Atmospheric Boundary Layer Network & Characterization: Network of Observatories for Boundary Layer Experiments (BLN&C: NOBLE)” under ISRO-GBP. The position is fixed for one year or appointment whichever is earlier.

Qualification 

1. Essential: M. Sc. with minimum 55% marks in Physics/Atmospheric Sciences/ space physics and at least two years of post-M.Sc. research experience in the area of atmospheric sciences or related field as project assistant/research assistant/Junior research fellow. Age should not exceed 32 years on the date of interview.

2. Preferential: Good knowledge of computer in window/Linux and programming in Python/Matlab/R-package/Origin and background or specialization in Atmospheric Sciences and working experience with instrumentation related to meteorological measurements.
