Decision Making Process
The dealing Assistant/Respective Section initiates the files / cases on any matter assigned to him / her and he / she submits the same to the Officer in Charge with his own suggestion, if any, keeping in view of the rules/ procedures. Then the Officer submits his/her own noting / suggestion & put up the matter to the Next Officer. The concerned officer in some cases take decision on the matter considering the gravity of the case. In some cases the Officers also puts up the file to his/her Senior Officer giving his own suggestions for taking decision at higher level. The Senior Officer take the final decision in the matter. Some cases are also referred to Department of Science & Technology for Government decision as per procedure.
