Requirement of Senior Project Associate (09 post)

Aryabhatta Research Institute of observational sciencES (ARIES) invites applications for the position of a Senior Project Associates purely on temporary basis to work on the following projects.

1. ILMT project (1)
2.Data Archival project (2)
3. Optical variability and Quasi-Periodic Oscillations in high cadence observations of Blazars with
 TESS (1)
4. Multi-wavelength Variability Studies of the blazar S5 0716+714 (1)
5. Study of Carbonaceous aerosols over the Indo-Gangetic Himalayan region (1)
6. Abundance analysis of the red-giant stars in globular clusters (1)
7. Sloshing oscillations in solar coronal loops (1)
8. Forward Modeling of Coronal Mass Ejections (1)
9. Doppler Tomography of stellar surface: Feasibility of a science case for DOT-HRS (1)

The position is only for maximum  one year, starting from the first week of August.   A walk-in interview will be held at ARIES on July 31st at 10:00 AM onwards.
