Abstract

We present a comprehensive analysis of open star clusters and blue straggler stars (BSSs) using advanced statistical and multiwavelength photometric techniques. Key findings include the characterization of the young embedded clusters IC 1590 and NGC 6193, which provide insights into active star formation and mass segregation dynamics. In contrast, studies of older clusters, Berkeley 39 and NGC 2243, investigate the unique formation mechanisms of BSSs, highlighting mass transfer and binary evolution pathways. These investigations offer a unique understanding of stellar evolution across varying cluster ages and environments, also demonstrating the efficiency of machine learning in unravelling the complexities of star clusters.
