In this presentation, we study the accretion disc in full general relativity, in presence of dissipative proceses like viscosity. Treating viscous stress tensor in general relativity is tricky affair. The thermodynamics of the fluid of the accretion disc is described by a relativistic equation of state, which is inspired by Chandrasekhar equation of state. We present a novel way to find all possible accretion disc solutions in the advection regime. We also study the effect of spin of the black hole in determining the accretion solutions. We comment on the possibility of formation of bipolar jets, and how they are affected by viscosity parameter and the spin of the black hole. We also outline the possible effects, various radiative cooling processes may have on accretion solutions.
