The registration fee includes a Registration kit, Lunches, Coffee/Tea and snacks during breaks. The last date for Early bird registration is September 14th. Onsite registration is allowed at extra charge. All transfer charges/bank charges must be borne by the payer.

A fee waiver may be considered for students, young researchers and retired participants up to a limited number on first come first serve basis. Please write to scvlongterm[AT]gmail[DOT]com requesting this support with appropriate motivation.  

Cancellation

About 70% of the registration fee paid will be refunded for cancellations until October 1st. Refunds beyond this date will be entertained only under exceptional circumstances (e.g., Visa issues).

Indian participants may use the UPI code in the attached link to make the payment. The International participants and all others who wish to make a direct bank transfer may use the account details given below. Please send your name and payment details including a UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number or some other unique reference over email to scvlongterm[AT]gmail[DOT]com.
