Most foreign nationals are required to obtain a visa before traveling to India; hence, they are requested to apply for a conference/Business visa through the Indian embassy or consulates in their respective country. In compliance with prevailing regulations, we will obtain the necessary clearance for the conference from the concerned ministry of the Government of India. A copy of this clearance, expected by mid-October, along with the official invitation letter, will be provided to all registered participants requiring a visa.
