Registration Process

The registration process involves two steps: submission of the abstract and payment of the registration fee. Applicants are required to carefully complete and submit the registration form. Upon successful submission, each applicant will be assigned a unique Application ID, which must be referenced when making the registration fee payment. The registration fee includes lunch for five days and one conference dinner. Participants are required to arrange their own accommodation. Information about nearby hotels will be updated on the website. Details of any accompanying person will be requested in the registration form for visa purposes. However, meals will not be provided for accompanying persons.

IAU travel grant

Applicants may apply for the IAU Travel Grant. To apply, applicants must download the IAU Travel Grant form from here, complete it, and upload the filled form along with the registration form. Additional information about the IAU Travel Grant is available here.
